Why I started TheBizAI
Since 2018, I've worked as Project Manager at InfluxIQ Tech Pvt. Ltd., an IT services company that builds websites and mobile apps for small businesses. A big part of that role is helping our clients integrate AI tools into their day-to-day work: chatbots on their sites, content generation for their stores, customer service automation, marketing workflows. The same questions came up from client after client. Is this tool worth the subscription? Does AI really save time, or just shift the work? I started TheBizAI to answer those questions in public, with tested verdicts instead of marketing copy.
Who writes and reviews these articles
TheBizAI is written and reviewed by Tapabrata Biswas. I also run themoneydecoded.com (personal finance) and techdailyai.com (AI productivity tools and home automation gear). All three sites share the same editorial bias. People running small businesses, managing money, or evaluating tech do not have time to wade through marketing copy. They need to know what something actually does, what it costs, and whether it is worth a Tuesday afternoon.

How articles get researched and reviewed
Every article on TheBizAI is AI-researched, AI-drafted, then reviewed and edited by me before publication. ChatGPT and Claude gather the public information about each tool covered: pricing pages, vendor documentation, primary sources. I then verify every cited number against its original source, pressure-test every recommendation, and rewrite whatever needs to be sharper before the article ships. If a draft does not survive the review, it does not get published.
More on the process is on the How We Research page.
How TheBizAI makes money
No sponsored placements. Some links are affiliate links: if you sign up for a tool through one of those links, TheBizAI may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes which tools get recommended. Only tools that would be recommended anyway carry affiliate links, and when an article contains them, a clearly visible disclosure appears at the top of that article.
Corrections and contact
Spotted a factual error? Email hello@thebizai.co. Verified errors get corrected within 48 hours with a dated correction note at the bottom of the affected article. When a tool meaningfully changes pricing or features after publication, the article gets updated and its "last reviewed" date bumped. Same email for tool suggestions, feedback, or just to say hello. Every message gets read.
